LATEST SUGGESTIONS FOR EXIT 8

Well growing up and living off of this exit for my entire life i would think this exit beer should symbolize a combination of flavors. Maybe a porter or stout full of hops and spices and cocoa or vanilla flavors. East Windsor was a mix of highly ethnic people that were all originally from the New York area and most commuted every day back and forth to NY.
It was a nice family community made up of amazing and diverse restuarants, from the Greek Diners on every other corner to the Italian pizza places on the corners.
The beer for exit 8 should just be called "Alls great at exit 8" , that was the slogan in the video that was first aired for the marketing of East Windsor.

Princeton University is near. Their colors are orange and black, so how about an orange (or orange peel) flavored black stout?
